In this workshop Heidi Nagtegaal will guide you through the basics of SCOBY care and brewing your own kombucha! You'll learn how to propagate your SCOBY, prepare your bulk fermentation, and how to flavour and bottle your kombucha for the second fermentation.

At the end of the workshop you will go home with your very own SCOBY to start your kombucha at home!
