Herbs for Digestive Health
Tues, February 28, 2017 from 6:30-8:30pm
Digesting nutrients from our food are essential for emotional and physical health – issues with digestion can worsen inflammation, depression and many other health issues. In this workshop we will explore medicinal herbs to improve nutrient absorption, reduce inflammation, relieve gas and bloating, and balance digestive flora. You will learn tools for making custom herbal medicine formulas at home, for yourself or others, including bitters and teas.
