The main mould for making tomme cheese, one of the easiest hard cheeses that may be made without a proper cheese press. Its perforated bottom and slight taper allow several full moulds to be stacked to press under their own weight.  A follower lid is available separately that allows a single tomme cheese to be made at once. Lid also available.
